The Team.

Founded in 1991 by Edward Boyd, the family company quickly became a thriving appraisal firm with over 50 financial lenders. In 2007, Clayton Boyd became the new owner and has expanded the company even further. For over 30 years, we have serviced most of North Georgia and currently have offices in Loganville, Covington & Monroe. Boyd Appraisal Service has even been awarded the 'Best Valuation Company NE GA Region' in 2019 by Lending Tree Inc. While we don't win awards every year, we do strive to make every valuation report as accurate as possible. Quality of service is everything to us.
